The new Craft Barn challenge for this year is creating a calendar.
The prompts for January are AQUA and SNOWFLAKES.
I found a perpetual DIY calendar which I bought a couple of years ago and decided to use it as a base.
For the background I found an old snowflake stamp, which I stamped with VersaMark all over the card stock. I embossed it with white embossing powder and applied blue Distress Inks.
I then added the main polar bear image and the icicle onto the background. Finally I used Gelly Roll Pens.
Looking forward to this years challenge and to complete the calendar.

ReplyDeleteI put washi tape over the month names, because of a design error of mine, made them a mess :o))
